SOFY BeFresh Pads - 2 Personalities

By an Australian Company based in Melbourne, JWT produced an advertisement for Sofy BeFresh pads late 2015, where one woman has two personalities with and without her period. Although some of the reactions and things done while on the period are mildly true, the size of the personality on the period is larger than the personality without; indicating a source of fat-shaming.

Was it relevant to use a bigger woman to act as the personality with her period, while the one without is slimmer? It would already clear if they had someone the same size as the girl without her period acting stubborn and over reacting, that there’s a chance she is on her period.
