This advertisement was designed by the organization LICRA developed by Publicis Conseil in Paris, France. This ad is used to raise awareness that “your skin colour shouldn’t dictate your future” as in occupation or life style. It was published in December 2009 in desire target the general public.

LICRA is an organisation which has been in constant battle to fight "‘against the despicable’, against racism, against anti-Semitism, against all discrimination and to promote equality among citizens" (WeLoveAd). And trying to speak out for those who experience discrimination in silence. (WeLoveAd)

Althought this ad is very strong at displaying how stereotypes assume things, inflicting racism and discrimination may cause confusion suggesting they mistakenly were stereotypically being racist, saying the black women grow up to cleaning ladies.
